Terms & Conditions

Leonardo Canziani reserves the right to alter or withdraw products from the website at any time.

Leonardo Canziani cannot be held responsible if his suppliers do not have the ware and patterns available at the time of order.

Delivery

Orders will normally be dispatched within 28 days from date of the order. However, please allow 6 weeks for the dispatch of special or custom orders.

Customs Charges

Leonardo Canziani cannot be held responsible for any customs charges incurred in or levied by the customer's country.

Refunds

A full refund (minus any payment processing fees) will be made available if the customer is not completely satisfied with the product or due to poor workmanship if Leonardo Canziani is notified within 5 days of delivery. The customer must notify Leonardo Canziani by email or telephone on the day that the order arrives. If the customer has paid by credit card the customer's card will be refunded. If payment was by cheque the refund will also be made by cheque.

Returns

It is the customer's responsibility to see the goods are packed properly for shipping and correctly labelled. If the goods have not been packed properly and arrive broken the cost of the broken pieces will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Any commission that has been paid will also be deducted.

Cancellations

Order may be cancelled within 7 days of the order being placed. Upon cancellation a full refund (minus any payment processing fees) will be issued.
